Colorado A Cappella, an official not for profit 501 (c)(3)
organization, is now in its second year of providing educational and
performance opportunities to motivated high school, college, and
professional level singers and groups. Our founders
created Colorado A Cappella based on the belief that whether you are a
high school freshman struggling through your first concert experience
or a seasoned professional vocalist, everyone has something to learn.
It is for this reason that Colorado A Cappella continues to strive for
creativity and musical perfection in every project we get involved in.

Cappella Community Meeting

Colorado A Cappella as an organization is very proud of the progress
and accomplishments that the all-vocal community in Colorado made in
2007. However, there are so many groups and singers that are
not being represented in this community. It is for this
purpose that Colorado A Cappella will be hosting the first a cappella
community meeting later this summer.
This meeting will be an
opportunity for people to meet each other and interact with a cappella
music being the common ground. Groups will be able to easily
find new singers, promote an upcoming show, or maybe make a new friend
in the business. Everyone in attendance will be able to speak regarding
their concerns and praises and then Colorado A Cappella will distribute
information regarding upcoming events and opportunities to become
involved in the community. Anyone, whether you have been
singing for years, or just moved in Colorado, is welcome to these a
cappella community meetings.

The
Colorado Vocal Project is a compilation CD incorporating all aspects of
the Colorado all-vocal music community. Talented groups
varying from high school ensembles to professional level vocal bands
are featured including Colorado's own "Face" & "Groove Society".
Professionally mixed and mastered by Tony Huerta of Sonic
Audio Productions, the Colorado Vocal Project was a vision imagined by
Colorado A Cappella's founder Andrew Hoag. Working as a well
oiled team, Tony and Andrew have created a musical product that all
Colorado singers and fans should be proud of.
Beginning in late June, the CD will available for purchase via
PayPal on the website listed above. Digital copies of the
entire project and individual tracks will also be
